Victor Tardieu
Victor's background is in advertising where he was responsible for the launch and re- launch of a wide range of brands including: Jaguar XJS, Walkers Snaps and French Fries, Sherpa Light Van, Crosse & Blackwell Waistline and Real Mayonnaise, Austin Maxi, Tilda Rice, Strepsils into 6 European countries, Hambros Countrywide Financial Services, some Scholl Shoe brands, Pino Sylvestre Men's Toiletries. This period saw the team achieve a Hollywood Award for the world’s best animated commercial – ‘Soupercan’ for Crosse & Blackwell.
After a spell on the client side, Victor moved into consultancy servicing the main motivation companies: Grass Roots, Carlson Marketing, Motivforce (Purchase Point), P&MM, Thomas Hanna, TMO, BI, MCB and MotivAction (where he was Creative Director).
Victor's core competencies include: staff or channel motivation and incentive programmes, recognition programmes, conferencing and events production, internal communications, video production and marketing / brand planning.
Jacqui Coupe
From a background in office management and marketing, Jacqui combines strengths in writing and analytical skills with creativity in both a practical and abstract sense.
Her love of all things experiential has since led her to become a conferencing and events expert with extensive knowledge of the UK hospitality market and with strong working relationships with hotels, venues and other more unusual spaces.
Jacqui also has extensive knowledge of over 84 destinations on the following continents: Africa, Asia, Europe, Far East, Middle East, North & South America.
In addition to her operational knowledge and experience, at home and abroad, Jacqui's core competencies include: business management, incentive travel management, conference design and production, events design and production, creative interpretation and execution, incentive and recognition programme management.
Deborah Hulme
Deborah is a consultant to Full Circle Motivation and a founding director of Minerva Communications.
With over 18 years’ experience, she operates at a strategic level to deliver business change through the effective engagement of employees and other key stakeholders. Deborah helps people connect with the business and works across organizations to agree, develop and implement strategies that engage stakeholders and colleagues in a way that builds trust and delivers high performance.
She owns the internal communications process and works to drive faster adoption and greater proficiency of the changes that influence employees. She employs a range of channels to ensure ease of access, clarity and consistency of message.
