At Full Circle we have accumulated over 20 years’ experience in creating and managing parties and award ceremonies. We know where to go and what to do and we do it with a creative flourish, on time and to budget.

And we take the following steps (not exhaustive) to make things happen:

  • agree the objective, the agenda and the date
  • create a critical path, brief hotels / venues and present options that exceed the brief
  • Agree draft budget
  • prepare the marketing strategy, line up sponsors (if appropriate) and key guests
  • create a theme, graphics and produce collateral material
  • execute the invitation process
  • line up suppliers: technicians, security, entertainment etc
  • agree the food and beverage requirements
  • thoroughly brief hotel / venue and external crew
  • select gifts and awards
  • agree theming decorations
  • prepare signage
  • sort all travel and accommodation arrangements

On the day:

  • step through all arrangements including speakers, technical and movement of people
  • check that all suppliers play their part and do so timely
  • set up the meet and greet process

After the event:

  • Pack down
  • Do post event reconciliation
  • Collate all data for post event performance review
